<p>Waterfall crash inquiry commissioner Peter McInerney will present his final report to the New South Wales Government by October 29.</p> <p>The commissioner was granted an extension from the original August 31 deadline because the enormous volume of evidence presented by all parties during the inquiry.</p> <p>This included 500 exhibits – including one 250-page plus attachments panel report – and more than 9,500 pages of transcribed evidence.</p> <br />
