<p>Warrnambool council will lobby Victorian transport minister Peter Batchelor for an upgrade of rail services into Melbourne. </p> <p>There is significant community concern about the standard of services, the <em>Warrnambool Standard</em> reports.</p> <p>The council would also speak to Mr Batchelor about an upgrade of rollingstock, and track and signals west of Geelong, it said. </p> <br />
