<p>Three locomotives have returned to passenger services on the Melbourne -Warrnambool run under the operation of V/Line, the Victorian Government said.</p> <p>The service has been operating with two trains and a bus since V/Line took over from West Coast rail two weeks ago.</p> <p>Temporary arrangements were in place while repairs and maintenance work were carried out on the other locomotives.</p> <p>Until the delivery of new rollingstock in 2005, V/Line will run a temporary train timetable on the Melbourne-Warrnambool route.</p> <br />
