<p>Pacific National’s deal with the Victorian Government on the Freight Australia sale could still come unstuck, according to the <em>Australian Financial Review.</em> </p> <p>The ongoing review of the state’s rail access regime may force changes that could undermine this week’s trumpeted deal, the paper said today (Friday, August 20).</p> <p>Industry parties that are participating in the review still insist that the lease for regional tracks be removed from Pacific National’s control.</p> <p>But Pacific National insists that it will retain control of the network whatever the outcome of the review, it said</p> <br />
