<p>The Victorian Government has received 12 submissions for its consultation paper on reforming the state’s rail access regime.</p> <p>The deadline for submission officially closed on Tuesday (August 31) but a spokeswoman for Victorian transport minister Peter Batchelor said the Government would be accepting "a couple more" submissions over the next week.</p> <p>The Government will then consider the submissions and is hoping to make a decision on the access regime by the end of the year. </p> <br />
