<p>Victorian manufacturing firm Marand Precision Engineering has been awarded a certificate of excellence from the state’s Manufacturing Hall of Fame.</p> <p>Marand designs and manufactures special purpose machinery, aviation tooling and components, low to high volume engineering components and retrofits large machines.</p> <p>A subsidiary, Atlas Rail, has recently completed a $2.2m contract from the Indian railways for an underfloor wheel lathe.</p> <br />
