<p>Upgrading the existing Caboolture-Landsborough rail link is not the best way of improving freight and passenger rail movements north of Caboolture, a Queensland Government-commissioned study has found.</p> <p>Upgrades would not improve the alignment and would limit opportunities for future upgrades, the study found.</p> <p>The government said it would now consider options "outside the existing corridor". </p> <br />
