<p>Christian Scholl from Wangaratta, the truck driver involved in the Kerang level crossing disaster, was charged with one count of culpable driving, Victoria Police said yesterday (Thursday June 7).</p> <p>Mr Scholl appeared before a bail justice at the Epworth hospital yesterday afternoon.</p> <p>He was bailed to appear at the Bendigo Magistrate’s Court on December 19.</p> <p>More charges were likely to be laid in due course, police said.</p> <br />
