<p>Tranz Rail has secured a new customer for its Gisborne-Napier service, finalising an agreement with Pine Sawmills this week.</p> <p>Under the deal, Tranz Rail will move export timber from Pine Sawmills facility near Gisborne to the port of Napier for a year.</p> <p>This contract gives the rail operator a backload for its regular Saturday night Napier-Gisborne fertiliser service.</p> <br />
