<p>Queensland’s tilt trains are celebrating their millionth passenger today Tuesday, March 19).</p> <p>Electric tilt trains have been strong performers since they began running between Brisbane, Rockhampton and Bundaberg.</p> <p>QR plans to build on this success.</p> <p>Australia’s first diesel tilt trains are now in production for a Cairns service. </p> <p>They are expected to be completed by the end of this year and to begin operating between Brisbane, Rockhampton and Cairns by mid 2003.</p> <br />
