<p>Tranz Rail and the Port of Tauranga are in talks over plans to haul 1m tonnes of coal a year to Huntly Power Station.</p> <p>Tranz Rail said the proposal would mean two trains a day from the port, each carrying 1,500 tonnes of coal.</p> <p>The company expects to sign an agreement within two weeks and start haulage in July 2004. </p> <br />
