<span class="" id="parent-fieldname-description"> Chairman of the Australasian Railway Association (ARA) Lindsay Tanner has called for an institutional shift in the way the nationâs infrastructure projects are funded and financed when he appeared before the Productivity Commissionâs inquiry hearing into public infrastructure last Wednesday. </span> <div>Tanner appeared on behalf of the ARA which welcomed the findings of the Productivity Commission’s Draft Report into Public Infrastructure.
