The NSW Police Force has charged a Sydney Trains employee for allegedly exposing himself and committing an act of indecency on a train between Blacktown and Lidcombe last month.

According to a Police wire on December 7, a 35-year-old Sydney Trains employee has been charged for an act which allegedly took place on Thursday, November 23.

Police are alleging that around 6.10pm on the day in question, the employee – while in uniform – boarded a train at Blacktown Railway Station and sat across from a 21-year-old woman.

Police allege the man exposed himself before committing an act of indecency.

“The woman exited the train at Lidcombe Railway Station and alerted staff, who in turn contacted police from the Police Transport Command and an investigation commenced,” the Police wire said.

The man was arrested at Parramatta Police Station on Wednesday, December 6, following investigations.

He was charged with wilful and obscene exposure and commit act of indecency.

The Police say he was granted conditional bail, and will appear at Parramatta Local Court on January 17 next year.
