<p>The delay in getting Sydney’s Millenium trains on the tracks is the fault of the State Government and not the train manufacturer, according to NSW opposition transport spokesman Peter Debnam.</p> <p>Just three of the new trains are now in operation and two more are due to come on line by the end of the month.</p> <p>Manufacturer EDI Rail has faced serious setbacks, including a major supply company going bust.</p> <p>Mr Debnam said the delay is probably the result of government mismanagement and not the local manufacturer.</p> <p>The delay has been the same for every other public transport project, he said.</p> <br />
