Shortlist to redevelop former QR Townsville site.

<p>The Queensland Government has announced a shortlist for the sale and redevelopment of QR’s former North Yard workshop site in Townsville.</p> <p>The four shortlisted parties are Delfin Lend Lease&#47 Honeycombes, Stockland, Sunland and Indigo.</p> <p>The sale is part of plans to redevelop the inner city and CBD area in Townsville.</p> <br />
