<p>Late evening train services through Melbourne’s Spencer Street station will be cut after 10 o’clock from late November to allow completion of the station redevelopment.</p> <p>The weeknight cancellations will allow contractors to work on the wave roof over the station’s platforms.</p> <p>Station developer Leighton Holdings has been involved in a row with the Victorian Government over the costs and delays to the $700m redevelopment project.</p> <br />
