<p>The Sea Freight Council of Queensland will host a forum in Townsville for importers and exporters on February 12.</p> <p>The half-day forum was designed to increase participants’ knowledge supply chain planning, the council said.</p> <p>The forum will include Townsville Port Authority chief executive Barry Holden, speakers from the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service, the Australian Customs Service and representatives from the shipping, stevedoring, trucking, forwarding, customs broking and rail industries.</p> <p>Contact the Sea Freight Council of Queensland before February 4 to register.</p> <br />
