<p>SCT Logistics has taken delivery of 12 ex-Pacific National locomotives, chief executive Geoff Smith confirmed today (Friday, March 16).</p> <p>The locos will undergo immediate refurbishment work at an EDI maintenance facility, Mr Smith said.</p> <p>“It’s all going according to plan,” he said.</p> <p>SCT Logistics will also take ownership of a variety of rolling stock in the starter’s kit, as pledged by Toll last year in return for ACCC-approval of its subsequent takeover of Patrick Corp.</p> <p>Mr Smith would not give details of the rolling stock and equipment acquisition.</p> <p>“Some of the details on the ancillary equipment – of maintenance crewing, rolling stock and so on – we’re not declaring the quantities or the commercial arrangements around that,” he said.</p> <br />
