<p>Moving the railway line from the middle of Wodonga’s business district will help revitalise the city, according to a new report.</p> <p>The draft Wodonga central area master plan says relocation of the railway line could clear the way for a new cinema, shops, residential developments and public open space.</p> <p>The Victorian and Federal governments have provided $50m to build a rail bypass of Wodonga and an intermodal freight terminal to serve the broader region.</p> <br />
