Rail First Asset Management has announced Robert Tatton-Jones as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Tatton-Jones succeeds Peter Lanyi who will transition into a new role leading strategic improvements within the company, reporting to the CEO.
Rail First said Tatton-Jones is a “highly experienced and well-respected operations leader” with more than 30 years’ expertise in passenger rail and freight rail.
Tatton-Jones joins Rail First from Keolis-Downer in Adelaide and has held senior executive roles at Yarra Trams and Aecom.
Beata Lipman, CEO of Rail First, said she was very pleased to welcome Tatton-Jones into the role.
“Robert’s extensive experience will be instrumental in supporting Rail First’s growth and transformation as we continue our journey to becoming Australia’s leading provider of reliable and sustainable rollingstock solutions,” she said.
