Queensland Rail wins customer service gong, again

<span class="" id="parent-fieldname-description"> Queensland Rail’s customer service team has been named the best in the country for the second time in three years at the Customer Service Institute of Australia’s annual awards ceremony. </span> <div>Specifically, the 2013 award was given to Queensland Rail’s Spirit of the Outback First Class Team – Onboard Service. The Spirit of the Outback is also celebrating its 20th year of operation this week.
