<span class="" id="parent-fieldname-description"> Qube Holdings has announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Hong Kong based trading house Noble Group to develop a multi-user grain handling facility at Port Kembla, New South Wales. </span> <p>By Mark Carter</p><div>The joint venture will trade as Quattro Grain and the proposed new facility will have the capacity to handle in excess of 1.3 million tonnes of export grain per annum.
