Tamping tools
Looking for tamping tools with a longer service life? Alltrack Rail’s carbide-coated, wear-resistant tools get the job done.
The slim blade design and innovative tip reduce penetration resistance, extending the lifespan of tamping units.
Optimised in collaboration with customers to minimise wear, a new concept for these tamping tools is a “monobloc” design, with the tine shaft and tine spade forged together in one piece rather than being welded together from two different pieces.
The rear side of the spade is completely flat, with no welding seam in the way, which allows it to be covered entirely with tungsten carbide tiles as compared to the traditional front side of the spade only.
Broom sweeper elements for ballast regulators
Alltrack Rail’s broom sweeper elements for ballast regulators are available now.
Made from solid moulded rubber, the elements come in two different styles: a round style and a club style, both measuring 50 millimetres by 450 millimetres.
There are two grades offered in each style: industrial grade strength and high-grade strength.
