<p>Victoria’s public transport industry will be overseen by an ombudsman from next year.</p> <p>Passengers will be able to refer issues to the ombudsman if they are unhappy with how a public transport operator has dealt with their complaint.</p> <p>The Victorian Government said the ombudsman is designed to give passengers more rights in the privatisation era.</p> <br />
