<p>Safety investigators are looking at how a Freight Australia track maintenance truck and a V/Line passenger train collided near Castlemaine on Friday (June 19).</p> <p>The track maintenance workers were able to leap from their truck before the collision that took place at Elphinstone, the <em>Herald Sun</em> reported.</p> <p>Four train passengers suffered minor injuries and a fire started in the locomotive cabin, the paper said.</p> <p>The train driver escaped unharmed.</p> <br />
