<p>Victorian roads and ports minister Tim Pallas will address the Victorian Transport Association’s two-day annual conference starting on July 17.</p> <p>"Minister Pallas will address a number of pressing issues, including congestion, CBD clearways, freight strategy and infrastructure developments, including the Eddington East-West Study," VTA chairman Brian Lovel said today. </p> <p>The conference – which will be held at The Country Place, Kalorama, 50 minutes’ drive north east of Melbourne – will be open to all industry participants.</p> <br />
