<p>Pacific National will continue as the sole occupant at Brisbane’s Acacia Ridge freight terminal pending the outcome of Federal Court proceedings, the operator said.</p> <p>The case follows Queensland Rail’s (QR) move at the end of May to terminate Pacific National’s sole occupancy.</p> <p>Pacific National said QR was not entitled to end the occupancy, and has started proceedings in the Federal Court.</p> <p>"QR gave an undertaking to the court that, pending the outcome of the legal proceedings, it would not interfere with our occupancy of the terminal," Pacific national said.</p> <p>"Pacific National and QR have agreed on a timetable to prepare for a court hearing, which is expected to be next year."</p> <p>It is now "business as usual", as far as the company was concerned, Pacific National said. </p> <br />
