<p>The Australian Industrial Relations Commission has certified Pacific National’s new enterprise agreement today (Friday, February 27).</p> <p>Pacific National said the agreement meant employees would now receive a 4% pay rise backdated to July 1, 2003 and a lump sum payment.</p> <p>Employees will also receive another 4% pay rise in July this year and a further $750 lump sum payment in January 2005, the company said.</p> <br />
