<p>The Australian Industrial Relations Commission has ordered New South Wales rail maintenance staff back to work after a strike yesterday (Monday, March 8) over drug and alcohol testing.</p> <p>The employees have been told they are not to take further strike action until their enterprise bargaining agreement expires at the end of the month.</p> <p>They want RailCorp to introduce a comprehensive disciplinary policy with its drug and alcohol testing. </p> <br />
