<p>New South Wales opposition leader John Brogden has taken on the infrastructure portfolio for himself and given Andrew Stoner a new super brief of ports, roads, energy and utilities in a clear sign he will take on the Carr Government over transport and infrastructure. </p> <p>Mr Stoner is leader of the Nationals in NSW.</p> <p>Peter Debnam, a previous Treasury spokesman, will take over the transport portfolio, which includes Sydney’s troubled rail network. </p> <p>Former detective Michael Gallacher, who has held the ports and Hunter Valley portfolios since John Brogden took over, becomes police spokesman. </p> <p>Peta Seaton, who held the infrastructure portfolio, becomes shadow treasurer. A win for the coalition in 2007 would make her the state’s first female treasurer.</p> <br />
