North and south track laying for Darwin rail to meet in second half of 2003

<p>Civil work and track laying in Alice Springs for the Alice- Darwin railway will kick off in less than 10 days and will continue until the middle of next year. </p> <p>Duncan Beggs of constructor Adrail said that the section north from Alice will not join up the section started at Tennant Creek until the second half of next year. </p> <br />
