Nominations for the 2025 edition of the Rail Industry Safety and Standars Board Rail Safety Awards will be closing at the end of March.
The 2025 Rail Safety Awards are open to any individual working in the rail industry, or an organisation operating in, or affiliated with, rail in Australia and New Zealand.
There are five award categories (three for programs and two for individuals) eligible to be nominated.
RISSB encourages everyone in the rail industry to participate. Entering the RISSB Rail Safety Awards provides the chance to recognise the contribution you and your team have made to the rail industry.
How to nominate
Complete the nomination form and send it to events@rissb.com.au by 5pm AEDT Friday, 25 March 2025.
Nominations can be made by the nominee themselves or by another person/party.

About the Awards
Established in 2022, the RISSB Rail Safety Awards are designed to recognise and celebrate individual and company safety achievements in the rail industry and promote diverse thinking, excellence and innovation for the betterment of rail.
The awards winners will be announced at an exclusive dinner event for speakers, sponsors, award finalists and conference attendees during the annual RISSB Rail Safety Conference in Sydney on Tuesday, 13 May 2025.
