<p>M>Tram has opened its $800,000 upgraded superstop outside Flinders Street Station.</p> <p>The superstop will be used by more than 30,000 customers a day travelling on more than 1,600 trams covering 10 routes.</p> <p>The upgrade has increased the stop’s capacity and safety by forming a buffer against traffic. It is also accessible by mobility impaired users and will accommodate M>Tram’s new low floor trams when they come into service.</p> <p>It features a 70-metre-long sheltered platform, timetables and public telephones.</p> <br />
