<p>The Victorian Government has opened the Knox Transit link to improve access between Melbourne city and its eastern suburbs.</p> <p>The $42.6m link is an integrated bus and tram service extending all the way to Knox City.</p> <p>It is part of a State Government plan to move 20% of vehicle trips to public transport by 2020.</p> <br />
