<p>QR’s new subsidiary, Interail, will be headed by Neil Buckley.</p> <p>Mr Buckley is QR general manager national development but will become general manager of Interail once the acquisition of Northern Rivers Railroad (NRR) is finalised.</p> <p>QR has established Interail as the operating name for its planned national rail operation, which is starting out with the NRR purchase.</p> <p>NRR director and general manager Warren Judd will become Interail’s national development manager.</p> <br />
