<span class="" id="parent-fieldname-description"> The Australasian Railway Association (ARA) has expressed its disappointment that the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) did not consider proposed heavy vehicle charging and road infrastructure investment reforms at its meeting last Friday. </span> <p>ARA chief executive Bryan Nye OAM said he regarded this as a missed opportunity to drive these reforms forward, given they have the potential to deliver lasting productivity benefits for the wider economy. </p><div>
