<p>The state opposition has slammed the Victorian Government with claims of a $6.6m blowout in the cost of the Geelong fast rail project.</p> <p>Opposition transport spokesman Terry Mulder said the project had blown out because the government had failed to plan the project properly and continued to make costly changes.</p> <p>He said the rail line would now cost $76m.</p> <br />
