<p>The New South Wales opposition transport spokesman, Peter Debnam, will speak at next week’s Rail Safety and Maintenance 2003 conference in Sydney.</p> <p>The outspoken Liberal Party MP will deliver the opening address and chair the first morning’s session of the two-day conference on February 21.</p> <p>In the wake of the Waterfall train crash, Mr Debnam has been critical of the NSW Government’s pace in implementing the safety measures recommended in the Glenbrook report.</p> <p>The <em>Lloyd’s List DCN</em> Rail Safety and Maintenance conference 2003 will take place on February 21-22 at the Merchant Court Hotel in Sydney.</p> <br />
