<p>A federal parliamentary inquiry into regional rail and road networks and their port connectivity will hold a public hearing in Darwin tomorrow (Tuesday, September 27).</p> <p>The House of Representatives Transport and Regional Services committee will hear from the Northern Territory Government and organisations involved in the transport, livestock export and Darwin port operations.</p> <p>Committee chairman Paul Neville said Darwin had emerged as a crucial link in the freight movement between Australia and Asia.</p> <p>The hearing will take place at the Litchfield Room, at parliament house, Darwin, from 9.30am-4.45pm on Tuesday, September 27. </p> <br />
