Cost and project consultancy Donald Cant Watts Corke has added Andrew Loh as a new Associate Director on its Infrastructure team.

Loh joins Managing Director for Infrastructure Peter Gill, and fellow Associate Director Leslie Chung, to lead the DCWC Infrastructure team.

“Andrew brings a wealth of experience and skills in the fields of project and cost management, having worked on major infrastructure projects in both Singapore and Australia,” the company said.

“He has experience using the EPCM, Alliance and Program Alliance models for both private and public sector clients.

“Andrew’s skillset will strengthen and expand DCWC Infrastructure’s offering. He will provide cost estimating, independent estimator’s review and risk management services in the key infrastructure sectors of water utilities, port/wharves, rail/light rail and roads.”

Offering cost and project consultancy across a wide range of sectors, DCWC has grown into the transportation space, with particular success in rail.

The company has advised and consulted for work on the Metro Tunnel Project’s Tunnels and Stations PPP,  station upgrades on the Queensland Rail network, the sinking of the Fremantle Line in Perth, the redevelopment of the Glengowrie Tram Depot in Adelaide, and the Gold Coast Light Rail project.
