<p>Construction work has begun on the East Arm development business park that will service the Alice Springs-Darwin railway link.</p> <p>The park is to complement the railway freight terminal and the East Arm wharf.</p> <p>The first stage of the park should be completed before the end of 2003 and freight forwarders are already being invited to begin establishing facilities on the site.</p> <p>The railway, which will link Adelaide and Darwin, is scheduled to start freight operations early in 2004.</p> <br />
