<p>An investigation is underway into a fatal train accident in Victoria.</p> <p>A V/Line train struck and killed a child on Bunyip, which is on the Traralgon corridor between Pakenham and Warragul.</p> <p>Freight Australia is responsible for maintenance of this track and has launched the investigation.</p> <p>V/Line has extended its deepest sympathies to the child’s family and is counselling staff and customers who witnessed the accident.</p> <br />
