AusRAIL 2022: Rail key part of TBH business

It was project management consultancy TBH (Tracey Brunstrom & Hammond) eastern region director Hamish King’s first time at AusRAIL, and he made the most of the opportunity to meet the company’s clients and introduce himself to potential new ones.

Specialising in high-risk, large-scale and challenging projects, since 1965, TBH has partnered with both the public and private sector to provide practical solutions to their most complex problems.

Since its first major commission in 1977, TBH has undertaken more than 250 separate commissions on rail projects, including trackworks, OHW, signalling, stations, train procurement and maintenance.

“With our extensive experience acquired through working across rail projects in a variety of disciplines, TBH has the in-depth knowledge required to develop, implement and maintain the time, cost, risk and reporting functions across each stage of a rail project’s life cycle,” King said.

“Our clients include the likes of Queensland Rail, Downer, Cross River Rail, Victoria’s Regional Rail Link and Newcastle Light Rail.

“Rail is a key part of our business and we have shown our commitment to the industry, with our size and skillset and expertise in areas such as planning and scheduling, cost management, risk management, project controls, claims and dispute resolution, project management and strategic delivery advice.

“Our deep sector knowledge, customised tools and experience across the entire project lifecycle allows for all our partners to progress with confidence.”
