Arc Infrastructure has appointed Stephanie Unwin as its new Chief Executive Officer.
She will take over the role from August 4, 2025, replacing Nathan Speed, Arc’s General Manager, Commercial, who has been Acting CEO since Murray Cook stepped down in December 2024.
Unwin has spent the last six years as CEO of Horizon Power, Western Australia’s regional energy provider, which operates across the energy supply chain from retail and transmission to distribution and generation.
In this role, she oversaw the delivery of energy solutions to support regional growth and progressed decarbonisation and digital transformation projects.
Unwin previously held leadership roles at CBH Group, Phylogica International and Synergy (now Verve Energy) as well as a number of directorships at Australian Stock Exchange-listed companies.
