<span class="" id="parent-fieldname-description"> Each year, the ARA acknowledges individual and organisational excellence in the Australian rail industry through its Annual Rail Industry Awards. Nominations for this prestigious event, rewarding excellence and raising the standards of the rail industry, are open until Friday 20 September 2013. </span> <p>Each category has its own criteria and set nomination questions.</p><p>Nominations are to be made online using the online award forms for the following categories:</p><ol><li>Individual</li><li>Corporate</li><li>Career Achievement</li><li>Safety Innovation and Improvement</li><li>Young Achiever</li><li>Customer Service</li></ol><p>Presentation of the six winners will be made at the AusRAIL PLUS Gala Dinner on 28 November as part of the 2013 AusRAIL PLUS Conference and Exhibition held in Sydney from 26-28 November 2013.</p><p>Each winner receives:</p><ul><li>Return economy airfares to Sydney,</li><li>One night’s accommodation in Sydney, and</li><li>One personal ticket to the Gala Dinner where they will be awarded a trophy and certificate recognising their achievements.</li></ul><p>Visit <a href="http://www.ara.net.au//industry-awards">www.ara.net.au/industry-awards</a> to apply now!</p>
