Aldridge Railway Signals wins the 2024 Premier’s NSW Indigenous Exporter Award

Aldridge is a name that’s been synonymous with railway signalling innovation in Australia. In 1995, Aldridge designed, manufactured and commissioned Australia’s first LED rail signals into the Sydney Underground System, better known as ‘The City Circle’.

Aldridge is a certified Indigenous Company by Supply Nation and won the prestigious Supply Nation Indigenous Exporter Award in 2023.

At a gala event hosted by the Export Council of Australia at the Sydney Town Hall, the contribution by Aldridge to both the New South Wales and Australian export sectors was recognised with the presentation of the 2024 NSW Premier’s Indigenous Exporter Award.

The award was presented by Kate Russell, the CEO of Supply Nation and accepted by the Aldridge Sales Manager, Jackson Aldridge, in front of over 400 guests with Jackson enthusiastically acknowledging the contribution of the Aldridge team that helped win the award.

One of 25 NSW State finalists across 5 categories, the award presentation was also witnessed by The Hon. Anoulack Chanthivong, NSW Minister for Industry and Trade, along with members of NSW’s export community, honouring Aldridge Railway Signals as the State’s top Indigenous Exporter for 2024.
