Acacia Ridge row gets day in court

<p>Queensland Rail’s and Pacific National’s long-running battle over the future of the Acacia Ridge freight terminal will be heard in the Federal Court on Monday (March 14).</p> <p>A number of key rail industry figures, including QR chief executive Bob Scheuber, are expected to give evidence on the matter.</p> <p>The two rail operators fell out over the use and future of the terminal and will leave it to the Federal Court to resolve the issue.</p> <br />
